Registration Information

IMPORTANT:

Once you are registered to the CHIA 2025 Hybrid Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the Congress.

Face-to-face registration:
CHIA via CME Congresses Ltd reserves the right to photograph and/or record a (virtual or face-to-face) congress and participants to the congress, including registered participants, and to use such photographs and videos (in whole or in part) on their website, intranet or on any other (social) media referring to the congress or CHIA for the purpose of any internal or external communication. By actively taking part in a congress, the registered participant gives consent to such uses.

Registration fee includes

  • Registration for the face-to-face congress in Paris includes access to all onsite-sessions, all virtual and on-demand content, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material of the congress and certificate of attendance. There is no need to make an additional registration for the virtual congress (already included in the face-to-face registartion).
  • Registration for the virtual congress includes access to all live-streamed sessions (being broadcast live from Paris), as well as all on-demand content. A certificate of attendance will be available following the congress for a fee of € 15.

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until June 18, 2025- 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from June 19, 2025- 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 1, 2025

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the World Congresses on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (CHIA). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
