Registration for online congress
Registration Information
IMPORTANT:
Once you are registered to the CHIA 2026 Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the Congress.
Onsite registration:
CHIA via CME Congresses Ltd reserves the right to photograph and/or record a (online or onsite) congress and participants to the congress, including registered participants, and to use such photographs and videos (in whole or in part) on their website, intranet or on any other (social) media referring to the congress or CHIA for the purpose of any internal or external communication. By actively taking part in a congress, the registered participant gives consent to such uses.
- Registration for the onsite congress in Frankfurt includes access to all onsite-sessions, all online and on-demand content, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material of the congress and certificate of attendance. There is no need to make an additional registration for the online congress (already included in the onsite registartion).
- Registration for the online congress includes access to all live-streamed sessions (being broadcast live from Frankfurt), as well as all on-demand content. A certificate of attendance will be available following the congress for a fee of € 15.
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until July 18, 2026 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from July 19, 2026 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after October 1, 2026
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the World Congresses on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (CHIA). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
